An Events is a system generated page that is associated with a date and time. Once created this single piece of content can be automatically displayed via a number of different in built Dashboards options within DREAMgenie.

To enable your Event Dashboard (a Month to view Calendar) to appear in your site you may need to activate this control via the Control Panel.

As well as text and images Events can include Photo Gallery and Video Content.

Calendar Dashboard - A month to view display that highlights events in the current month, users can easily navigate to any month from this display.

Calendar Archive - A page view that will display ALL historical Events for the last month as well as all future ones.

What's On - A Dashboard control that allows you to display forthcoming events over the next 7/30/90 days. The number of days is variable from 1 to 365.

All active Events are searchable via the sites in built Search function.

If a user has the authority then displayed at the bottom of a Event is an [Edit] link that will navigate directly to an editor window for that content to enable any changes to be quickly made.
