Within the back office functions of the system EVERY action/page visit etc is noted and stored in the event log.

So for example if you wanted to see all the log entries between the 1st and 5th of January for the user ADMIN you would be able to select these and sort the information in a varity of different ways. In addition the log also stores the IP address of the visiting computer to enable more advanced processing of the event log information.

By clicking on the Show More Search Options, you can further filter what is displayed by one or more of the 50 different Event Types.

Certain Event Types like error messages are automatically sent to the Support Desk to help us identify any bugs in the system.
