Dashboards are the single most powerful feature of the system, and it is well worth spending the time to fully understanding the potential of these in your site. They enable you to access a huge amount of system content via a small panel located on your WebPage and have been designed to be both flexible and customizable.

Dashboards can include text, image and flash components as well as custom object code.

This is a list of all the SYSTEM Dashboards available, it may be that your package does not have all these options currently activated. These additional features can be unlocked via an upgrade.

Dashboard Types

Events Calendar - Displays a Month to View calendar from where users can click on a single day to view more information about an event.

News - Displays a variable number of your latest news stories with or without images.

Blogs - Displays links to your selected Blogs.

News Letters - Displays links to your newsletters created via the eMarketing package.

Join Newsletters - Allows users can add themselves directly to your mailing list.

Testimonials - Displays links to customer/user Testimonials.

Site Search - Turn on/off the site search feature.

Private Advertising - Allows you to generate income from your site by displaying Private Adverts within your site. These can be in either image or text format.

Google Advertising - Allows you to generate income from your site by displaying Google Adverts within your site. The content of advertising displayed is driven by keywords within in your content.

Share/Bookmark - Allows users to easily share links to your site either by email or via any of the major social networking sites.

Login Control - Enables multi level user access within your site. Allowing only specific users access to content or the ability to create/edit pages directly via their browsers.

Custom Dashboards - In addition to the above there is also the ability for you to create your own Custom Dashboards by inserting your own, or third party object code directly into the Dashboard. These custom dashboards can link to any of the content within your site. So for example you could create a dashboard to display an image of one of the items in your shop that is on special offer. By clicking on this image the user will be taken directly to that item within the shop.
